Abstract:
Developing countries generally lacK, or are deficient in, facilities for
distributing food to schoolchildren and especially children of pre-school
age. In all developing countries, therefore, authorities emphasize their
pre-school and school-lunch programmes to complement insufficient food
consumed at home owing to poor economic conditions.
