dc.description.abstract Entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations, particularly new businesses generally in response to identified opportunities. Entrepreneurship is the engine and the Entrepreneur is the visionary driver building the framework and guiding this engine through startup obstacles and innovation despondencies. As today is the era of information technology and digital age. The constant development of technology in the accompanying Net Economy has had a significant influence on various possibilities for developing innovative business concepts based on electronic information and communication networks and realizing these by establishing a new company. Digital Entrepreneurship represents a category of Entrepreneurship that leverages new technologies in novel ways such as the Internet Communications Technology. Digital Entrepreneurship is term used to employ various types of entrepreneurship skills to run the business electronically or digitally. As more companies start doing digital business, the question of how starting a digital venture differs from starting a traditional venture grows more important. A digital entrepreneur is an individual who uses the Internet as a tool to create commercial opportunities, disseminate information, and collaborate with clients and partners. This paper analyses a framework of digital entrepreneurship that includes functionality and features of new digital ventures. Specific issues addressed include digital or virtual products and services, digital or virtual workplaces, and the effects of relying on computer-mediated communication. It also focuses on various types of digital models like Business to Business, Business to tools should be developed in order to make digital business successful and digital training should be imparted to entrepreneurs. en_US
