Rivets of All Types Including Bifurcated

Abstract

Rivets can be classified according to their use and form and also method of manufacturing viz. (a) solid rivets which are generally used in engineering industry for joining two plates, (b) bifurcated rivets which are used in chappals, bicycles and scooter seats, leather bags, steel trunks, and tea chests, packing, etc., and (c) hollow rivets generally used in bus bodies and railways.
