Abstract:
I. Product and Its uses
Steel Vaults, Sates and Cash Boxes are steel
fabricated security chests to keep cash and
valuable documents. Steel Vaults are used
mostly in banks, Steel vaults may be readymade
complete vaults with walls or only doors made
of steel. Many banks use only steel vaults doors
with masonry construction for the chamber.
This is because the complete vaults will be very
costly and is very difficult to handle in case the
bank is shifted to another building. Further the
Vaults door is very cheap and only costs about
10 to 15% of the cost of ready made vaults.
Hence the vaults doors are preferred to ready
made vaults. Further ready made vaults are
to be fabricated at site many times. Hence in
this scheme only manufacture of vaults door
are covered which have more market and can be
easily fabricated at the factory site. The safes
and cash Boxes are used in the offices, business
houses and Banks etc.
