It is mounted on a shaft and run at high speed to cut the wood. It is a low-cost device to cut the timber pieces from the timbers already sawn on the band-saw, and cannot be used for long cuts. Dr. Market Potential This is mostly used by packing case manufacturers and furniture industry for cutting the planks in sizes. Due to the expanding industrial activities, there is good demand for packing cases and hence the market potential for circular saws is good. en_US
