dc.description.abstract This paper aims at contributing to the field of woman entrepreneur by proposing a conceptual model for woman entrepreneur career maturity aimed at developing business performance that lead to the success of entrepreneurs. The research article starts with a review of existing literature in field of woman entrepreneur, Career development, Career maturity in reference to its use in the context of woman entrepreneur Career maturity. The conceptual model is a synthesis of entrepreneurship theory, woman entrepreneur concept, theory of Career development, and entrepreneurial Career maturity. Women entrepreneurs Career maturity defined as a process of raising capabilty of woman entrepreneur so they have readiness and confidence to realize a career as an entrepreneur. The value of this model is in the new concept as a mediating variable among background factors (personality, learning, environment, strategy) toward the success of women entrepreneur. en_US
