dc.description.abstract Self Help Group (SHG) training programmes is rethinking prospect under SHG, for the development of women entrepreneurship in rural area. These training programmes provide awareness regarding entrepreneurial activities of rural women under SHGs, for securing their social and economic wellbeing. This study demonstrates the structure of training programme and its impact on entrepreneurial activities of rural SHGs women. While socio-economic inclusion and challenges of the training programmes at society level are also determine through these training programmes. The empirical evidences gathered through scheduled interview with rural SHGs women (n=151) from Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh province, India. The findings reveals positive impact on entrepreneurial activities among SHGs women who involved in various training programmes, and limited context of study creates path for further research, for the improvement of challenges in rural area of women entrepreneurship. en_US
