Abstract:
Barrels, manufactured from soft wood, are
in use since ancient time as storage vessel for
liquid and other materials. Though nowadays
Plasticvessels have invaded the market, still the
use of wooden barrels continues and it is
observed that the . demand for the same is
increasingdue to rapid industrialisation.
