Abstract:
In Western style of eating, spoons, forks and
knives are essential items III the table service.
In Hotels & Restaurants in our country,. even
in small towns, table service with forks and
spoons are customary. Table Cutlery items are
suitable for manufacture in small scale industry
The materials used in their manufacture differ
from manufacturer to manufacturer. However
stainless steel cutlery has become most popular
and this project profile proposes production of
stainless steel cutlery only (Reservation
No. 472).
