Abstract:
The past twenty years have seen rapid growth
of dairy industry in our country. Under the
guidance of National Dairy Development Board,
more .and more areas are being brought under
!he milk supply scheme. A modem dairy, even
i! a small one, requires a variety of equipments
for production, preservation and distribution of
milk and milk products. This project profile proposes
to manufacture all the dairy equipments
reserved for small scale sector in one manufacturing
unit.
