The wheel is madeup of alloy steel ring core of sizes from 6 mm to 10 mm with spokes welded on the ring frame. The fabricated steering wheel ring is subsequently covered with hard rubber by compression moulding in hydraulic Press. After painting and baking, the steering wheel is ready for use.
