Abstract:
The concept of entrepreneurial inclinat ion and potential entrepreneurs are
frequently applied to the same social group. People who are inclined to start
business are, indeed, potential entrepreneurs; and entrepreneurial outcomes are
affected by a number of unrelated factors, both entrepreneurial inclination and
entrepreneurial intention have a significant impact on a future business ~are:r, even
with either one of these factors and other social factors held constant (Fitzsimmons
and Evans, 2005; Lengyel, 2002; Audretsch, Thurik. Verheul and Wennekers, 2002).According to Holland (1985) people arc more likely to be attracted and satisfied in
occupations that match their personality.
