dc.description.abstract The present paper reviews the changes in the business processes from Traditional Economy to Internet Economy and Growth of Venture Capital Funding as a prime source of finance for entrepreneurs. And attempts to assess the effect of these two phenomena on the emerging profile of ICE (Information, Communication and Entertainment) age entrepreneur. The paper is divided into 3 parts. The first part describes emergence of Internet economy in India. The second part describes evolution of venture capital as source of finance for entrepreneurs. The third and final part of paper describes the effect of above phenomena on changing profile of entrepreneurs. en_US
