2-Day Workshop on "Work Smarter Together: Making it Possible with Dynamic Governance

Abstract

2-day workshop on "Work smarter together: making it possible with Dynamic Governance" being held at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad on 30th November &1st December 2018. Dynamic Governance (Sociocracy) is a system of governance - a framework of structures and processes - where 'working together' does not require a 'command and control' kind of managing. Instead, people are able to self-organise, to 'come together and work', in a way that is similar to how things happen in nature. This two-day programme will be experiential, where participants will first learn the framework, systems and processes of Dynamic Governance, and then we get to practice its implementation. Nomination form can be photocopied if more copies are required.
