Abstract:
Teaching Entrepreneurship course to students is challenging and rewarding. The Teacher’s role as a
Facilitator is to ensure that the class is a blend of theory and practice .This paper is one such attempt to throw
light on pedagogy of entrepreneurship to keep Learning captivating. The objective of this paper is to study the
impact of various pedagogical tools to teach the subject of Entrepreneurship for Undergraduate and Post
graduate Students. The study relies on data from secondary sources of literature mostly online and personal
experience of Teaching. This paper explores documents, materials and methods of teaching Entrepreneurship
in an innovative way. The author has been involved in teaching Entrepreneurship course for Undergraduate
and Post graduate Programs since 2013.Few of the pedagogical tools that were administered for teaching
Entrepreneurship are Case studies, Visit of students to MSME Expo, Classroom games, Flashcards
Preparation, Preparing an Entrepreneurship Tree, visit to Entrepreneurship Training institutes, conducting
Interviews with Entrepreneurs. The students have been made to participate in teams at times and
individually at times. The students have gained experiential learning in diverse activities undertaken for
them. The Course is kept stimulating through these tools. The study will contribute to the existing literature
on pedagogy for Entrepreneurship Education.
