To meet the growing information needs & improve services, EDII Library needed to upgrade the LibSys to New LMS-Koha. The paper briefly describes EDII, its library resources and the timeline of library automation at EDII Institute from a modest beginning in 1997. The experience of implementing Open Source Koha Integrated Library System from selection of the software, vendor selection, installation, training and data conversion issues, till the go-live are described. |
