dc.description.abstract Customer satisfaction plays major role in success of a product. The perception with manufacturer manufactures a product, and the expectation with which customer buys the product differs considerably. There is a need to provide education to manufacturer that how to convert customer requirements into product specification? This paper presents a theory for designers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and etc. to find out customer expectations based on twenty-two parameters. Factor analysis optimizes these specifications into eight meaningful groups. Communication between these stakeholders will definitely help to entrepreneurs. Engineering institutes with the help of continuing education program will facilitate manufacturers to improve customer satisfaction lies an arena for non-profits in the coming two decades, to engage with. en_US
