Abstract:
This paper deals with innovation and competition hand to hand. At the
beginning, the correlation between competition and innovation is dealt
with. This shows the importance of competition for better ideas and
workmanship. Later, the paper discusses the case study of CREATO:
A Project Competition for Diploma Students of Gujarat State. For
the same, later part of the paper indicates about student outreach and
effectiveness of the competition among the diploma students of Gujarat.
