Continuing the remain as inconclusive. Kilby searched with 'haffalump' ,but comfortable to identify an extinguished specie in south interior Africa than finding the meaning for the word entrepreneur. In the process several constructive ideas were buried. Initiatives were not entrusted interest. of I ate a few performance related description fit the bill to make an entrepreneur as one who ventures on his own or adopts an ongoing venture (Venkatapathy 1983). A step still ahead showed person who produces n+1 output with the same input as an entrepreneur currently all that any developing economy requires is an adequate number of venture initiators and persons who could be able to produce the n+1 output using the same input as others use.
