With this the long held strategy for promotion of Entrepreneurial programmes ('Why be a job seeker when you could be a job creator') requires a fresh look. There is a need to recognize that Entrepreneurship requires not just the 'left-overs' from the Employment market, but people with a zeal and passion towards creating new. The path towards Entrepreneurship should be guided by 'global' opportunities with abundant resource pool for the Programme learner to connect with. It has been observed by the author that instead of laying stress on Entrepreneurial Motivation for the person, the creation of Entrepreneurial Environment is what reaps more benefits. This paper presents the Case study of Promotion of an Entrepreneurial Programme (OLPE) of EDI for 1. People who are seeking employment through Employment Exchange (http://www.talimrojgar.org/) and 2.
